Cross-Case Analysis

Based on the data analysis invoking the template coding and CLD techniques, we summarize the key variables of interest and its relationships. This is depicted in Table 3. While it seems that the male anonymous team performed the best, members of the identified teams were more satisfied. To understand the outcomes, the paper analyzes the multiple case study and evaluates the relationships between gender and anonymity on linguistic acts, group dynamics and outcomes. Based on the data, the paper has mapped out process flows which resulted in a CLD, illustrated in Figure 1. This shows the interdependencies between gender and anonymity, group processes, and outcome variables in virtual team work. The next few sections elaborate on each interdependency alongside suggested propositions (p).
