My father was not a traveler. But wherever lived, having risen at a dawn, he liked to make distant jogs, setting before itself the purposes and changing routes. He often spoke: «The most difficult it is simple to leave for a door».

Early in the morning even the big city sees in a different way, in it there are so much paints and a pacification!

A half of my life passed in Tashkent, exactly my opening from there began. Somehow early in the morning, overcome by sleeplessness and oppressive thoughts, I left on the avenue of the nearby square. And as if it was moved heaven and earth, I got to another dimension. I was struck rare breeds by mighty trees and the mountain river Ankhor which branching, bent around the territory from two parties. How many time I passed by this place, and it saw to me in hopelessly gray tones. That day, appear, as people changed. They friendly greeted me as though met the old acquaintance.

Through any time I started to bathe in the river, it calmed and inspired. My morning walks turned into invigorating procedures. I was dipped into burning water flow, the body huddled from cold, having dumped fatigue and irritation. I liked to stand under falls, feeling each section freshness and an easy pokalyvaniye.

Water in Ankhora cold all the year round. And if to start to bathe with summer, by winter the organism already gets used. Then you cannot without this river any more and without these people whom you meet every morning. They become close to your soul because are connected with you an invisible thread. It is the river devoted us in the general secret, granted youth and updating.

On holidays "walruses" us passersby so called, gathered in the square. Everyone brought simple food and drinks. Laid a table in the cafe which is empty in early hour. And after bathing we started a meal. The square developed a taste a tandyrny flat cake with cheap sausage, pickles, yusupovsky tomatoes, the radish which seasoned with fresh greens and has been washed down with a domestic wine.

Then there were trips by an electric train and hikes. Bogustan, where mountains – with very tall gray-haired beards was forever filled. Majestic and bewitching, from this that it was possible to see the most beautiful. After walking lasting many hours on off road terrain where you will meet unless only the locals collecting brushwood on slopes of hills, you can not be sated with water-melons in any way. Juice streams on cheeks, and you involuntarily close eyes from pleasure completely to taste reviver and aroma.

Since then my epic of wanderings got wine — a gastronomic orientation. I like to try the dishes prepared in the way traditional for everyone district, I love shops where sell spices. I stop near show-windows with a batch, attentively I examine, trying to guess, from what the product was created. I love grain departments of supermarkets and bakeries. A smell of newly-baked bread – special drug which I need to use at least once a week. Above all after long flights or road wanderings I like to savor slow drinks a glass of wine or a liqueur liqueur glass.

My hobby for new recipes and practical skills of the chief-confectioner give me some freedom in communication. My language is flavoring receptors. Helping in kitchen to the hostess of the house which have sheltered us, looking in sparkling kitchens of restaurants or working in one sheaf with cooks, I remember new words easier and I master foreign languages. I learn about character of this or that country to tastes, addictions of people to products, how they eat as behave at the table as as prepare. All these supervision develop in the general moneybox of impressions and form such changeable image of life.

Travel completely transformed my life and my relation to the world. Having left with oppressing, but there is no time habitual statuses quo, I have an opportunity to develop the mind, to accept and understand other cultures, each time in a new way to open myself and to find key components for high-grade life.
